Reissue of Øyvind Hellner's cult cassettte release Wolf from 1984, featuring sound collages created with various synths and effects, Often described as one of the earliest noise releases in Norway, but this is so much more than that. Remastered and released on vinyl for the first time for its 40th anniversary.

Composed, improvised and performed by Øyvind Hellner.

Recorded at Barnerommet, Karl Staaffs vei 34, Ulven, Oslo, 27 February - 3 November 1983.

Equipment used: Korg MS-10 Analogue Synthesizer, 2 x Korg MS-01 Foot Controller, X-911 Guitar Synthesizer, Korg SD-01 Signal Delay, Pearl OD-05 MIJ JRC4558 Overdrive, Pearl FG-01 Flanger, Roland CR-78 CompuRhythm, Tascam Portastudio 244.

First circulated as a demo called ”The Wolf“ in 1983-84, with tapes self-duplicated by Øyvind Hellner. Originally released as cassette on 14 August 1984 by Likvidér (LIKV 4018). Thanks to Trygve Mathiesen. Reissued as CD-R on 14 August 2008 by Ambolthue Records (AMBOLT-47). Thanks to Kjetil Hanssen. Reissued as digital album on 28 December 2013 by TIBProd. (TIBD33). Thanks to Jan Morten Iversen. A4, B1 and B4 are bonus tracks not included on the original cassette, but on all reissues.
